Until now Albert Einstein has been considered as the most genius person in the world.
Did you know that Albert Einstein was slow in learning to speak in first years of his childhood ? At school he did his learnings much less than he was supposed to do and often fell asleep in classes. But he asked too many questions and thus considered abnormal by his teacher. By his teens Einstein failed to finish high school and also failed the test to enter Zurich Polytechnique School. Then he took up languange study and physics in pre college school. Even this prominent genius had proved to become one without proper academic background.
Henry Ford
Henry Ford was the first car creator in Amerika and he also was a pioneer in car mass production in the world.
Did you know that Henry Ford grew up in a family of farmers and got no higher education agter finishing elementary school. When he was 12 years old, inspired by trains that moved with no horses to pull, he developed the idea of creating a private vehicle in imitation of the train. To pursue that dream, Ford worked in garage where he conducted various experiments from time to time. At the age of 29, he succeeded in creating a car that was driven by natural gas power against the opposing statement of the mechanic experts that it was impossible. Ford, a mere elementary school graduate, proved that it was possible !
Ford then built his own garage and started his business to the top level of car industry in the world. He was aware that knowledge is not about where we learn, but is about our keeness to achieve it.
Soichiro Honda
Who doesn't know Honda ? Honda is identical with fuel saving luxurious car and dominates motorcycles market in the world. Did you know that Soichiro Honda was not a bright pupil at school ? He scored badly and didn't like reading. To compose a writing was a very hard task for him.
Young Honda applied for a job in a repair garage to learn some machinery knowledge. But as he was considered too young, his master assigned him to look after his kids instead. Fortunately sometime later he was allowed to work in the garage. He eventually managed to start a garage of his own. When the piston he produced was turned down by Toyota, Honda enrolled himself in a technical college. But he focused himself only in attending classes on piston know how and paid no heed to other classes which made him unpopular among some lectures.
Honda appreciated the essence of education, so he would not waste any time to learn what he didn't need. Honda was not after any certificate he was after the knowledge.
